useful feature tasty food friendly receptionist
The receptionist was friendly upon my arrival. The room included USB sockets in the plug sockets (very useful feature). The bar area was nice and the food was tasty.
The checkout time at 09:30 on a Sunday was a bit early.

Really good Stay
countryside view easy access
I appreciated the beauty of the grounds with countryside views near the restaurant. The bar's recent refurbishment stood out, presenting shared areas in a good manner. Sufficient parking near the Stratford building made access very easy. I found the shared areas to be delightfully presented, including the restrooms.
I found that the rooms required better amenities. There was no air conditioning available to regulate the room temperature during warmer periods. It is important to improve the lodging experience by addressing the air conditioning issue.

The hotel provides outdoor games such as Boules and giant Connect 4. These games provide entertainment options on the premises. The hotel has a bar that recently benefited from refurbishment and all shared areas are good.

Breakfast included a buffet with a wide variety of food. Vegan options were available . The restaurant setting allows for countryside views, a perk during meal times.

The room was clean and equipped with a large bed. An accent chair with a foot stool was available in the room. Plug sockets included USB ports for easy charging of devices. I found the room quiet, clean, and very comfortable.

The hotel is in a gorgeous location with countryside views. The nearby towns are easily accessible. The hotel is within a 10-minute drive to Leamington or Warwick. It is a great setting with beautiful grounds.

Staff were friendly and helpful to my requests. The receptionist upon my arrival was very friendly. They couldn't have been more helpful to accommodate my requests. Staff are friendly and willing to help.

poor soundproofing drain smell
the breakfast had a good selection. location was also good.
The soundproofing was not good. i heard doors slamming and people talking in the hallways. It woke me several times. at 5am, i was woken by a shower next door. the room then smelled of drains. also general noise from people walking kept waking me up.
